We are currently seeking an experienced Account Director. If you are someone with strong marketing experience, who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and wants to make a difference both for your clients and our agency, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role;

As an Account Director, you will lead and manage multiple accounts with passion. Once oriented, your knowledge of your clients’ businesses will be thorough, and your understanding of marketing best practices will be demonstrably comprehensive and constantly evolving. You’ll be recognized for your ability to direct specialists to execute with precision.

This role requires someone who is comfortable navigating among multiple projects to quickly establish yourself as the client's most valuable strategic partner. Active listening to client challenges is rapidly transformed into requirements that the team will use to develop strategic solutions that push industry boundaries and elevate brand experiences.

The Account Director is a senior member of the Client Service Team, reporting to the Director, Client Service.

  • Participate in team, client and community functions

This will be an even GREATER fit if you have;

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Worked with an agency (directly or as a client)
  • Completed an undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
  • Outstanding personal time management
  • Proven communication skills, written and verbal (including presenting)
  • Effectively managed and mentored a team
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and manage project financials
  • Experience leveraging project management and collaborative tools (e.g. MS Teams) in addition to virtual meeting systems (Go To Meetings, Teams, WebEx, etc.), etc.
